Our Story

I co-founded Winston Retail in 2003 with a vision to solve what the glaring need I saw in the industry: to elevate the customer experience in physical retail so brands could tell a compelling story to drive results.

Winston Retail has grown exponentially since then, adding multiple global brands to the portfolio in fashion, footwear, athletic wear, home, beauty and technology. Today, I'm proud to lead a team of over 3,500 retail experts across the U.S. who bring expertise in field visual merchandising, creative services, training and operations. Our team serves over 100 brands with unique needs and opportunities to serve the ever-evolving and dynamic world of retail.
