Clinique needed an agency with expertise in retail and an understanding of the beauty industry. Our relationship began with the design and development of their Visual Merchandising Guidelines. Winston worked closely with the store design and operations teams at Clinique to determine pagination and content, followed by developing copy and creative assets. This Guideline is a global tool to support the overall direction for all Clinique shops.
Our relationship has continued to expand, including an ongoing field merchandising program where Winston Merchandise Coordinators visit Clinique shops across the country within various major retailers such as Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s. This program focuses on visual merchandising direction, training, and education.
